Agreement

These terms apply when you use AIRAH by NSMIK, including airah.org, AI uniform mockups, saved projects, subscriptions and AIRAH tools connected to supported AI assistants. By using AIRAH, you agree to these terms. If you use AIRAH for an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. You may use AIRAH only for lawful purposes. Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, upload material you are not authorised to use, bypass plan limits or security controls, probe other accounts, interfere with the service, or use generated content deceptively or unlawfully.

Your content and generated mockups

You retain your rights in content you upload. You give NSMIK and its service providers permission to process that content only as needed to operate AIRAH and produce your requested results. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use people’s photographs, logos, trademarks and artwork.

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other output. Mockups are visual concepts, not production specifications or guarantees of exact fabric, fit, colour, print placement or finished appearance. Review and approve manufacturing details separately with NSMIK before production.

Plans, usage and payments

Plan features, preview allowances and prices are shown on the pricing page at purchase. Free previews may contain a visible AIRAH watermark. Paid access may include clean exports and project history while the plan is active. Subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms unless cancelled for the end of the current billing period. Contact NSMIK for plan changes, billing support or cancellation assistance. Except where law requires otherwise, charges for a started billing period are not refundable.

Connected AI assistants

When you approve an assistant connection, it may call AIRAH tools as your account until you disconnect it or its access expires. Tool calls use your plan allowance and can create or update records when clearly described by the tool. Review requests before approving actions. Availability and behaviour of third-party assistants are controlled by their providers, not NSMIK.

Orders and quotations

Submitting an order or quote request is an enquiry and does not by itself create a manufacturing contract. Final scope, pricing, samples, production timing, delivery and payment terms are confirmed separately by NSMIK. Indicative website prices may change based on fabric, decoration, quantity, sizes and delivery requirements.

Availability and liability

AIRAH may change, pause or discontinue features to maintain security, quality or compliance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, NSMIK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or decisions made solely from an AI mockup. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
