Every uniform we deliver passes through the same eight stages, in our own UAE facility.
We review your brand, sector and budget, then sketch the uniform — or start from an AI RAH preview you already generated.
Cotton, poly-cotton, twill, technical and hi-vis fabrics, matched to your colours and the climate the team works in.
Patterns are graded to your size chart and a physical sample is stitched for approval before any bulk work begins.
Approved patterns go to the cutting table and production lines at our Ajman facility with consistent tolerances.
Embroidery, screen, DTF, sublimation and heat transfer applied at the exact placement and size you signed off.
Every batch is inspected for stitching, colour accuracy, logo alignment, measurements and finishing.
Pieces are pressed, tagged, size-sorted and packed per branch, department or individual staff member.
Dispatched across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi — with repeat-order records kept for easy reprints.
