Who we are

AIRAH is the AI apparel visualisation service of NSMIK Uniforms Manufacturing CO LLC in the United Arab Emirates. This policy applies to airah.org, AIRAH accounts, uniform mockup generation, orders, quote requests, and connections made through supported AI assistants.

Information we process

• Account details such as name, email address and authentication information.
• Design inputs, prompts, garment choices, uploaded person photos, logos and reference artwork.
• Generated mockups, saved projects, plan status and usage records.
• Order, quote and contact information, including company, phone, garment requirements, sizes, quantities, print details, delivery updates and messages.
• Payment status and subscription information. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by AIRAH.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser, device, request and error information.
• When you connect an AI assistant, the tool request, your AIRAH identity, the client connection and the minimum account or project information needed to complete that request.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure AIRAH, generate and save mockups, enforce plan allowances, process payments, answer enquiries, prepare quotes and orders, provide production updates, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing and assistant connections

Design inputs may be sent to the image-generation service used by AIRAH solely to produce the requested result. A connected assistant acts through your approved AIRAH account and can access only the tools and information available to that account. You can remove a connection from the assistant and should not submit confidential material unless you are authorised to use it.

Storage, sharing and retention

We use service providers for hosting, private file storage, authentication, AI processing, payments and operational email. They process information only to provide their services to us. Files and account records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes and protect the service. Signed private image links expire; deleting a connection does not automatically delete projects already saved in AIRAH.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You can disconnect an AI assistant at any time and contact us about an account or privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and children

We use access controls, private storage and short-lived links to protect account content. No online service can guarantee absolute security. AIRAH is intended for business and adult users and is not directed to children.
